We're Dr. Sanjay and Dr. Neera Gupta, and we started Sansa because we wanted to create a different kind of med spa experience—one where medical expertise meets a truly comfortable, personal environment.

After decades in medicine—Dr. Sanjay as a surgeon and Dr. Neera in internal medicine and obesity care—we saw firsthand how aesthetic concerns can impact confidence and quality of life. We also experienced it personally. We've been on the other side as patients, dealt with skin issues in our own family, and felt the vulnerability that comes with seeking aesthetic treatments.
